Author: Jessica Dame

Jessica grew up on the Chesapeake Bay where she spent her days organizing sticker collections, creating illustrated stories, and drawing sea life. Now residing in the Carolinas, she is a visual artist who continues to be inspired by the beauty of the natural world and illustrated stories of her childhood, along with fashion illustration, design, and pop-culture. Jessica experiments with a variety of processes through the combination of collage, illustration, and painting. She seeks to blend fine art and design by creating pieces with an emphasis on clean lines, negative space, and surprising use of color. Under the moniker of Lady Dame Prints, her designs appear on greeting cards, postcards, and stickers. In addition to exhibiting, her work has been featured in Skirt Magazine, Hook Magazine, and Sea Foam Magazine.
